Cupping at 86.5 points, this lot ranks among the top tier of specialty coffees worldwide — prized for its balance, structure, and naturally sweet finish. The Honey process (a semi-washed method) leaves part of the fruit’s mucilage on the bean during drying, imparting a honey-like sweetness, silky mouthfeel, and layers of caramel, chocolate, and bright citrus.
