Fennel Chai

Fennel chai is lightly sweet, refreshing, and excellent for digestion. It’s gentle and aromatic, making it a wonderful after-meal chai.

Ingredients (2 mugs):

  • 1 ½ cups water

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 tsp black tea leaves

  • 1 tsp fennel seeds

  • Sweetener to taste

Method:

  1. Lightly crush fennel seeds.

  2. Simmer in water 5 minutes.

  3. Add tea, milk, sweeten, strain.

Flavor notes & tips:

  • Fennel sweetness reduces need for sugar.

  • Pair with cardamom for balance.
