Fennel Chai

Fennel chai is lightly sweet, refreshing, and excellent for digestion. It’s gentle and aromatic, making it a wonderful after-meal chai.
Ingredients (2 mugs):

1 ½ cups water

1 cup milk

2 tsp black tea leaves

1 tsp fennel seeds
-
Sweetener to taste
Method:

Lightly crush fennel seeds.

Simmer in water 5 minutes.

Add tea, milk, sweeten, strain.
