About Us

Our mission is to make exceptional coffee and tea feel personal. We roast in small batches, source beans responsibly, and keep our operation lean so we can invest in quality — not overhead.

The heart of our company is still the farmers markets that shaped us. Supporting local growers, listening to our customers in person, and giving back to the community are foundational to how we operate.

From Shroomffee Booths to Harvest Market

Shroomffee started in 2022 at the Snohomish County Mycological Society Mushroom Show and quickly became a fixture at the Poulsbo Farmers Market. Week after week we talked with growers, makers, and families, refined our drinks, and built a loyal following for our mushroom coffee, cold brew, and bubble tea.

Harvest Market Coffee & Tea Co. is the natural next step: a roastery and marketplace that lets us scale what worked at the market while keeping the same focus on quality and community. Every bag of coffee we roast is a direct line back to those early mornings setting up canopies in Poulsbo and Snohomish and serving customers face to face.
