Ingredients (2 mugs):

1 cup milk

2 tsp black tea leaves

Peel of ½ an orange (no white pith)

1 cinnamon stick

2 cardamom pods

Sweetener to taste
Method:

Prepare orange peel: Use a vegetable peeler and avoid bitter white pith.

Simmer spices: Simmer water, orange peel, cinnamon, and cardamom for 5 minutes.
