Turmeric Chai (Golden Chai)

Turmeric chai is earthy, warming, and deeply comforting. Known for its golden color and gentle spice, it’s often enjoyed in the evening.

Ingredients (2 mugs):

  • 1 ½ cups water

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 tsp black tea leaves

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • Ginger, cardamom

  • Sweetener to taste

Method:

  1. Simmer turmeric and spices.

  2. Add tea and milk.

  3. Sweeten and strain.
