Vegan masala chai delivers all the warmth and spice of the classic without dairy. The key is choosing the right plant milk—oat milk is especially good for replicating traditional creaminess.
Ingredients (2 mugs):

1 ½ cups water

1 cup oat or soy milk

2 tsp black tea leaves

Ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves

Method:
