Each cycle, our master roaster hand-selects a rare micro-lot coffee from small farms around the world. These are limited-availability lots — single-origin beans with unique flavor profiles you won't find in any grocery store or typical coffee subscription.

How it works

• We select the lot. Every cycle, we source a rare micro-lot — often fewer than 100 bags produced worldwide — and roast it to exact specifications that highlight its unique character.
• We roast to order. Your coffee is roasted fresh, specifically for your shipment. No warehouse inventory. No stale beans.
• You receive something extraordinary. Each shipment includes tasting notes, origin story, and brewing recommendations from our roaster.

What makes this different

This isn't auto-shipment of the same coffee. Each delivery is a different rare micro-lot, carefully chosen and roasted to bring out its best. Think of it as a coffee of the month club — but for people who want the extraordinary, not the ordinary.
