The business behind the brands
Two distinct expressions. One family business.
Harvest Market Coffee & Tea Co. is our shared home: the business and storefront connecting our specialty coffee, functional beverages and creative work.
Specialty coffee · Naval heritage
Sailor Bob
Small-batch, single-origin coffee with a connection to naval life. Our range includes Costa Rica Tarrazú honey and anaerobic coffees, alongside distinctive lots such as Colombia’s Finca Monteblanco Purple Caturra co-ferment.
Single-origin coffee blended with functional ingredients such as lion’s mane. Our experience extends from packaged mushroom coffee to the cold brew, bubble tea and other beverages we prepare and serve at the market.

Four years, side by side
A father, a son. A family that shows up.
We built this business through farmers markets, with our son working alongside his father and family for four years. The work is shared: setting up, serving customers and learning what it takes to keep a small business moving.
At the Poulsbo Farmers Market, we hear the questions, see what people choose and learn when they come back. Those conversations inform what we roast, how we develop drinks and how we present our products.
Our market booth gives us a direct connection to the people we serve—and a practical place to keep improving.
Our advantage is the combination
From the product to its place in the world.
We bring extensive graphics, art and website design experience to the same team that develops our coffee and beverages. That connects the product, its packaging and the way customers discover it.
Coffee with a specific origin and point of view.
We source distinctive coffees and roast in small batches. That experience also supports wholesale and white-label projects, from selecting a coffee to developing its presentation under another business’s brand.
We develop mushroom coffee with ingredients such as lion’s mane and bring hands-on experience serving cold brew, bubble tea and other specialty drinks. Flavor, preparation and the customer’s experience all shape the work.
Brand identities, coffee bags, labels, apparel, menus and market signage draw on our graphics and art experience. We use AI tools within a process guided by human creative judgment, editing and review.
We build websites and storefronts that connect product storytelling with shopping. Harvest Market brings our brands together in Shopify, while Shroomffee’s interactive coffee journey shows another side of our digital capabilities.
Our first Shroomffee booth appeared at the Snohomish County Mycological Society’s 2022 Mushroom Show. Our story includes returning for later shows and bringing the family along.
That involvement places Shroomffee within a local community of people who study, identify and appreciate fungi. It is a meaningful part of where our mushroom coffee business began and how we connect with people beyond the cup.

Veteran owned · Washington based
Service is part of our story.
Founded by a disabled U.S. Navy veteran, our business carries that connection into Sailor Bob’s naval identity and our work in the community.
We welcome conversations with wholesale buyers, organizations and procurement teams seeking a Washington veteran-owned supplier for coffee, branded products and creative services.
